Position: Research Manager, Quantitative - Custom Insights & Strategy

Overview

Collage Group is seeking a Quantitative Research Manager to join our Custom Insights team in our mission to help organizations unleash the power of culture to drive brand growth. The Research Manager will build and conduct quantitative consumer research across the whole project lifecycle, as well as manage client relationships. This is a multi-functional role conducting custom consumer and market insights research across multiple market segments. 

What you will do

  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and 3rd party vendors through the project lifecycle including survey design, programming, fielding, data collection and processing, and analysis
  • Conduct consumer market research surveys to uncover key insights to help our clients activate these segments
    • Design custom questionnaires to align to project objectives
    • Build table/banner specifications and data crosstabs in survey platform
    • Review and monitor survey data while in-field, conduct data cleaning, and coordinate with panel vendors
  • Help perform in-depth data analysis to surface “storytelling” insights to be used for strategic recommendations for our clients
    • Design analysis plans strategically to effectively address project objectives
    • Visualize data effectively and tell a cohesive, compelling story through data in analyses
  • Create high-quality presentations/reports leveraging user-friendly visualization and layouts
  • Work with team members to ensure all project deadlines are met and project logistics are accounted for

What you have done

  • 3+ years of quantitative market research supplier-side experience required
  • Passion for and interest in multicultural research a must
  • Demonstrated experience with quantitative research including survey design, programming, fielding, data collection and processing, and analysis
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills 
  • Experience using Confirmit, Qualtrics and/or Decipher highly preferred; experience with advanced analytics  drivers analyses, composite scoring, MaxDiff, market opportunity sizing, cluster analyses) a huge plus; Knowledge of DisplayR, SPSS, R, SQL a plus
  • Experience with both Syndicated and Custom market or consumer research is ideal
Base Salary $80,000-89,000 + bonus opportunity

About Our Compensation Practices: Typically, we hire at the midpoint of our range, but actual starting pay may be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, market rate, the qualified pool of candidates, internal compensation, candidate experience, and budgetary constraints.
