Overview

Collage Group is seeking a full-time, remote Product Owner to join our innovative and growing product team in our mission to help organizations unleash the power of culture to drive brand growth at a time when America is undergoing a seismic cultural transformation. As Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to organize, prioritize and assess work for our engineering squad, playing a crucial role in planning releases, coordinating sprints and ensuring products align with our product vision.

Responsibilities

  • Help incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
  • Groom and prioritize backlog
  • Assist in developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
  • Set sprint goals
  • Write acceptance tests
  • Help plan releases and upgrades
  • Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
  • Analyze preferences and requests of end users
  • Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback
  • Keep track of industry trends

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a Product Owner or similar
  • Experience with SaaS software development and/or data products required
  • Familiarity with Agile processes
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
  • Team spirit and good communication abilities
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability and mindset to continuously measure and improve content performance through the creation of reports leveraging Google Analytics, Salesforce, and social media analytics tools, as well as in-house reporting capabilities.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field; or commensurate work experience
  • A self-starter mentality
